The Irish pianist Barry Douglas and the orchestra he founded in 1999, Camerata Ireland, have been invited back to the Nuits Musicales d’Uzès with a magnicient programme including Mendelssohn's Hebrides overture, Mozart's 20th piano concerto, two Nocturnes for piano and orchestre by the early 18th Century Irish composerJohn Field, arranged by Barry Douglas, and Schumann's unique and sublime piano concerto. 10 pm in the Cour du Duché d'Uzès.
