There are a little more than 30 chansons wrongly attributed to Josquin Desprez. This programme is a selection of ten of these faux Josquin chansons, alternating with several of those that can be reliably attributed to him. The Ensemble Clément Janequin - Axelle Bernage, Dominique Visse, Olivier Coiffet, Vincent Bouchot, Renaud Delaigue, Eric Bellocq and Sébastien Wonner - separates the sheep from the goats.
