Kenneth Weiss gives a recital under the title ‘Au temps des Stuarts’ in the Aisne department town of Villers-Cotterêts, North East of Paris, as part of the Belles Pages de l'Aisne. On this occasion he plays the extraordinary ‘Mother & Child’ virginals modelled on an Ioannes Ruckers instrument by Andreas & Jacob Kilström on which he recorded his second album of extracts from the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book, 'Heaven & Earth'. An evening of immerison in one of the Golden Ages of English music. 8 pm.
