Events · Takacs Quartet on tour in North America

The Takacs Quartet spend the week performing Haydn's Op. 74 No. 1, Shostakovich's Quartet No. 3 and Schubert's "Death and the Maiden" in Berkeley on 11th, in Urbana, Illinois on the 13th, Waterloo, Ontario in Canada on the 15th and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto on the 17th with Meryl Streep who reads passages from Philip Roth's "Everyman" while the Takács perform Schubert's "Death and the Maiden" and also music by Arvo Part.
