The King’s Consort opens the celebrated French Berlioz Festival on 18th August with Welcome to all the pleasure, a magnificent programme devoted to Saint Cecilia with Odes by Purcell and Händel and Britten's Hymn to St Cecilia, followed by the more festive chamber ensemble Dans un jardin anglais on 19th August and concluding with Célestes Tempêtes on the 20th.
